yes, we have the untamed brats around here too, the street(close) behind me is full of unmarried mothers, there are 22 houses and only about 5 have adult males in them, the kids go "roaring"(i mean that literally) up and down the road, they have no respect for people or property, if you speak to the mothers you get the "what's it to you?" attitude, we have named the street "breeder alley" because thats the one thing they know how to do, after SHTF they will all be out with the begging bowl & the "i've got brats- i must have" attitude.
