Probably not. That'll be how the next depression plays out. In an EOTWAWKI situation, it'll be much worse!

i remember those times. there was scenes like these all over the russia.
but there were still hospitals functioning, fire brigades and at some level police force acting. and best of all they still had electric power pretty much everywhere.
so, yes, this is just a beginning.
