NR has just about covered all the differences between our two peoples, except maybe that we are simply a very different breed, People in the US I think would expect to get attacked and robbed, we here are probably untrusting, but are more tollerent of our fello brits, we tend to lean towards surviving in the old way, doing things as they were done a hundred years ago, people in the US have forgotton most of that and rely more on the `Gun, Beans and Bullets` than we do.
Guns to the average US person is the ultimate in survival, with the gun many feel they dont need anything else,.. personaly I dont think that they think more than 6 - 12 months ahead,..as long as their food supplies last.... where here we tend to look more long term and how we would survive after our food runs dry
A major part of survival is invisibility.
