I have a 54" recurve bow that I got at a carboot and its great. When I get rhe money I will invest in another and lots of arrows. I think it also depends on your situation, im in a built up area so I will also need to get a small compound bow, ideal for me setting up in a confined space waiting for my enemies to go by or firing out of windows ect.
