what worries me, is im hardly the brightest spanner in the box.
but its automatically assumed im smarter than the gov. cos they wouldnt think of something like that.
I find it highly doubtfull, im smarter than the people running a country. (it would be arrogant to even think so)
therefore the logical answer is,
They are not as stupid as they make out.
