The Klampits, Thank you for this post. Elderberries and Peppermint are an excellent remedy for colds and flu as well. Elderberry syrup is excellent and should be made and stored for Winter use. I note that there are other posts as well on the article and I will go through them all when I have more time. Thank you very much for this as it reminds me so much of the past. I remember my Mother (God Bless Her) giving me this when flu was around. Kenneth Eames.
