Make your own tincture of black elderberry:

1 lb. dried black elderberries
1 liter Vodka (highest proof possible).

Mix in 2 liter bottle, seal, and place in dark cool place for 2-4 weeks.

Strain and bottle liquid, discard elderberries.

Dosage - 1 Tbs every 4 - 6 hours for flu.

Works like a charm! Better than anything the pharmacies have, both prescription and non- prescription.
