I will try and keep my comments directed at the topic in future.
Instead of having a personal rant and moaning about things totally off topic.
What ever our own views, we can all tell things are on a downward spiral in the world we live in.

Discussions are organic and so evolve. The next post might be about GM's again...

Eh, where the missing bit, it should read something like

Tesco, it could be argued, by shopping areas and town centres with the intention of letting them degrade so local councils will give planning for whatever they want.
