Not many will be down with the Christian element of this...95% of it, but I liked it. Thanks for posting.
ARGH, post cut out half of what I'd written.

Basically said not many Christians on the forum, but it's a good read, so some of the references will be lost. Not everyone want's to work in a team either. Some will not read it at all, some will read and ignore the Christian 95% of it, but I liked it.
