The Night I Became a Community Organizer

For me and probably a lot of UK residents the option of community is a non starter.....everybody keeps themselves to themselves and won't meet your gaze in the street , they look away and if you say good morning then most are visibly shocked and think you odd, i have a house which my friend rents of me and my partner has a house which we share, we know our immediate neighbours and thats it(and those barely at all)partners house for approaching 5 years and mine nearer 6 .....people in the uk seem to prefer to live in there little bubble and i'd say thats me too if i'm being honest.
