Thankyou for the link Charles. After reading through it seems the Argy Govt is actually now on the right track and this bill is designed to force "holders" - That is the "commodity traders" to sell the stocks of grain & flour they are holding back. This goes on all over nowadays and pushes the prices up across the world inc here, which is of course why they do it. I do not think it is aimed at private householders, although it would be useful to keep an eye on it to see if the bill inadvertently leads to enforcement against the domestic citizens as well. IMO.
