Economy & Weather Change.

RE: Economy & Weather Change.
I had a post not long ago asking what were people's main fears here regarding to SHTF scenarios. Financial stability, or lack of, was pretty much top of the list. Not far behind was the weather so your views won't be challenged very much on here!

I most certainly buy into the planet's natural cycles. I suspect Man is acting as a catalyst for this particular period. Scientific evidence does point to the Gulf Stream rapidly desalinating which means that, for us here in the UK especially, our weather will certainly get much much colder. To the extent of a mini ice age? I suspect it will but the big question is when and how fast. Time will tell.

With regards to the world economy and our illustrious leaders that are handling it, I'm in total agreement. IMHO, these morons are printing money in desperation to save a system that was based on greed and, as such, would always have a limited shelf life. It benefits the few on the backs of the many. Fortunately for the few, the many do a really good impression of sheep. The system was always doomed to collapse at some stage. Again, the question is when.
I'm NOT political so DON'T correct me!
