Be cautious with salt in that tin!

The tins rust, especially when exposed to salt. They rust quickly and thoroughly, even if the salt is in plastic inside the tin.

Recycled metal canisters are not approved for food storage in my art of the world.

If you fill that tin with water and turn it lid down you will probably find that water seeps out the seams.
