I see Scythe has got his rose tinted glasses on again
1990? you'll be lucky if its 1890!! the main problem apart from all the unprepared and the infirm, the very old and the very young and those on life saving medicine dying of starvation, dehydration and disease, is the power grid going down and staying down, once the electricity goes down that is the end of modern life for the majority of the population, most people cannot and will not survive without their modern conveniences. "scientific minds"? they wont be immune from what is happening, what happens to the general public will happen to them also.

Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.
