Good advice this, very useful. In my humble opinion Fish is the one that buggers people up, learning to fillet a wide range of Fish can come in Handy. It amazes me the range of Fish in our waters both Sea and fresh that are not used by us, and most of it goes to the continent where they appreciate our catch.
