Very true NR ....that's what's so frightening ....accuracy seems to make it fair game to use nukes or tactical strikes as they put it....war games now include the use and have done for YEARS ....that is the reason the west fears the (Russian) Anti ballistic Systems so much....reckoned to be far superior than anything the west has....they saw this coming .....what could start it ? take your pick , there are many fronts.
