Protecting your BOV

I'm not advocating stealing of course but if you happened to be walking the dog somewhere and you accidentaly got tangled in some sort of net and couldnt get it off till you got home and them couldnt remember where you were walking so you couldnt return it and it'd be against the law to dispose of it in an improper manner, so you'd best keep hold of it until you found out the best way of getting it recycled but it kept slipping your mind for a while.... years maybe.....

what kind of places do you suggest i "walk the dog", i cant say i've seen anything like that in my area, although i did once fall over a large roll of string/balecord and sort of "accidently" brought it home with me
