Pheasants are easy to de breast, I did one last week. No plucking. No mess and very very quick.

yes, i was thinking that, breast meat is the best meat on a pheasant, mind you the best way to prepare a pheasant is to hang it first, it dosent taste that nice if you dont hang it for at least a week in the winter or a couple of days in the summer.
