RE: 21 dangerous foods
I have great success with rhubarb I planted 6, early/mids/lates and I have been getting large crops this year we can't keep up they grow so quick.

Year one try not to pick any let them die back to feed the root.

Year two I am on now I am supposed to only pick very few but like I said the amount of rhubarb is huge I have been picking for 8 weeks now.

When you pick, pull the whole steam do not cut off, the root is tough it won't break, I was told cut the top leaf off as soon as you pull the stalk and was given a reason but so much going on I forgot reason, I think to stop the oxalate from leaf entering the stalk after picked.

The stalk also has oxalate too small to worry about.

Here is a good link ww1 soldiers were told to eat the leaf, have a read.
