Advantages of being a British prepper

RE: Advantages of being a British prepper
Fully agree with N.R. and B.P. there.
Let us not forget the advantages we have in the u.k.
Whilst yes we do not have the firearms, as N.R. and B.P. says we most likely wont face a serious firearms threat ourselves should shtf.
Thats not to say there wont be guns out there and maybe the odd shot sent our way, just not the guns and unlimited supply of ammo our cousins will face. Maybe something similar to Serbia and Kosovo maybe? similar to Selco's experiences...
with less weapons...
Theres a lot of active preppers over here who dont/wont meet up for security reasons.
You never now who's watching...
And yes I know that if certain people want your details they find other ways of getting them, I personally dont want to give the fires that may burn in the future any fuel.
Call me paranoid if you like, I think there's a lot of British preppers that are that way, more so than our cousins, most of whom seem intent on broadcasting their every moment on face book and youtube.
And may I quote the following...

“No one likes to see a government folder with his name on it.”
― Stephen King, Firestarter
I tried to be normal once.... Worst two minutes of my life...
