FYI a noddie suit is just activated charcoal impregnated cotton designed to keep chems and germs at bay, and Alpha particles. But Beta and Gama will pass through.

I do believe their is a limited or steady but low risk of a nuclear attack but my own beliefs are they are more likely to stem from the US of A or Israel rather than the arab states, but hell it would only take one lucky islamic extremist with a diy dirty bomb ( ordinary bomb surrounded by radiological material) to cause some serious damage.
