I live high enough above sea level with good drainage and not in the vicinity of any major waterways for it not to be an issue for the current bug in but my primary bug out is much lower lying and I have to skirt an estuary to reach it....I have not known it to flood in the five years I've been aware of this place but it is a reclaimed ex salt marsh.....need to have a deep think about it.
Nothing is fool proof for a sufficiently talented fool!!!!
