wont be any nurses around here-we are 30 miles from Accident and Emergency(our version of your ER), post SHTF that might as well be 300 miles(more if the river bridges are out) even if their still operational-which I somehow doubt. got loads of military type first aid kits and otc meds and my old first aid manual(from when I was first responder on the building sites-long time ago).
