The re-stringing on any conventional crossbow (ie non compound) is easy BP because you have/use a "stringer" this is a longer/stronger string that you use to cock the bow with, you then slip your string through the loops and fire the bow, and your string is on. Then remove stringer, dead easy and no effort at all. The below vid will show how to do it mate, this is the type of cable stringer I use.

For that price it is a bargain BM. These bows are a great route into crossbow shooting for people who are new to the sport, or in my case as a backup or a spare bow for when friends want to shoot as well. The spares are cheap and widely available.
