Yes I was referring to gridlock in the SE, not the SW, but any evacuation to the SW would result in gridlock down here.

The one thing in common with all of the above documents seems to be the Governments fascination with Media strategies.

But essentially it looks like any mass evacuation of London will initially result in them being evacuated to reception centres in the Home Counties.

But I still can't see such an evacuation happening in all but the worst of situations - ie: there is no London! In fact the reports make reference to the desire to keep people in their properties as being the preferred and safest option.
