Looking for 38 mm webbing

Has anyone got a reliable source for 38 mm Nylon webbing? I have no problem sourcing 25 mm stuff but am struggling with 38 MM. I recently ordered 10 meters off E Bay but when it came it was soft polyester type webbing for upholstery or sewing applications.

I need a source of the high quality 38 mm black , green or tan webbing used on rucksacks, operators belts, duty belts etc. Pref 10 or 20 meter roles

Any ideas please?
