RE: Ruger 10 /22 TDR
I have friends with the TDR and they love it , like all the 10/22's it's a little rough and gritty in operation and not MOA accurate but with money and patience these issues can be addressed , my friends tell me it's pretty good at returning to point of aim on breaking down/rebuilding but does sometimes need re zeroing , to my mind this is a problem for it as a hunting tool not so much as a defensive tool as the zero shifts but not as much as to stop you hitting larger targets...I have chosen to go the folding stock route instead to avoid these issues...currently weighing up a change from scope to red dot but I can't make my mind up which type , my 10/22 is for action shooting not extreme accuracy.
Nothing is fool proof for a sufficiently talented fool!!!!
