I like this term for the half wits and retards who wander around towns and cities with the faces focused only on their cell phones, often with ear phones in so they can not hear ANYTHING be it car horn, threatening challenges, screeching brakes, shouted warnings etc.

Sheeple personified totally oblivious to events going on around them.
