OK If thats your Thang lets work with that, 5:11 I believe does covert cargos that look like jeans ref 74290, T shirts are no problem providing you get over sized ones that are loose fitting to conceal stuff like pouches and knives, As an example you can get Tactical hoodies, tactical denim jackets, tac fleeces etc all with concealed pocket and quick access vents. Can I suggest you grab a copy of Combat and Survival and take a peek at many of the advertisers in it cos theres loads of firms who can supply you with what you need
