NR makes a good point here, especially when using rear peep sights and front sight pins on a compound Bow. Using these aiming devices is like using Rifle sights the rear peep sight acts as your rear sights on a Rifle, the front pins like the front post. The real key to getting the most accuracy out of your compound Bow is judging distance accurately, and if I were to use one I would go the whole Hog and get a rangefinder. Even with all the bells and whistles if you can't judge range your shots will be off. Shooting at static targets is simple as you already know the distance, get in the field and shooting over dead ground, or in woodland were the Trees and lighting can alter your depth perception judging distance is critical.
