Just wondered, have you ever had Scottish Dumpling? also known as Clootie? it's a real winter filler and high energy. You can also eat it with savoury food like bacon, sausage, and eggs, and you can fry/grill it as well.

I have to say I've never made it (yet), but have relatives that post it to us from bonny Scotland. We got about 5 Kilos of it recently and cut it up and stored it in the freezer.
