Thats the same for me, last year was a tester for my allotment.
It floods in bad weather so I got another a bit further up the slope and more built up so looks and feels better. filling it with staples like pots, onions etc next year. If I have to lay guttering all round my allotment filled with rock salt I will, keep the little bastards off...
I tried to be normal once.... Worst two minutes of my life...

HAHA, supermarkets will have a lack of meat this Christmas too.
Now that I'm a security guard, I get to know all the cool stuff to look out for. 1 hour before my shift, some guy bagged up over £100 of meat and just walked out the shop! Crazy!!!
