You could put an antenna up there if you're into comms. Less conspicuous than on the roof or a mast, but almost as effective.

Don't put anything with a heat signature up there as you'll undoubtedly get a visit from Old Bill eventually.

Trick to beating these heat cameras the police have is to make the footprint the same as something you would find in a house that puts out heat. i.e tumble-dryers. If you want to grow whatever up there with lights etc, keep it small scale, then that'll probably slip through as the heat from an appliance, instead of a "farm" Wink
