So what can we do ....as peppers to mitigate such conditions ? Poly tunnels , greenhouses and LED lights and heaters ?

The first thing to recognise and then except is that there IS a problem ! Just going off the crop losses around the globe last year (and this year) convinces me that there is indeed a trend not of global warming but global cooling ...records year by year is a good exercise ..recording data reveals a history of events ,future actions can be determined and planned for.... with some degree of informed success .

I often wonder why BIG money is being spent on underground seed banks ? Plus underground shelters for habitation by the rich ,the government's and professionals to man them .

Well ,I have four poly tunnels and a greenhouse and LED lights and some heaters along with some solar
Panels ,and loads of seeds , wood stove and like MB I have built my home and insulated the shit out of it .....in short I have done all I can do just about ,within my power and means .

The OH also i are both 75 and are well prepared for most things, if we do have a mini ice age starting in 2029 we will be 85.

If we are lucky enough to be alive then, and winters are getting too cold for us we will have moved south, much further south, think mediterranean. Our son already works regularly in Italy and the south of France.

In the meantime there are events to prepare for that are more likely to happen, if you’re that worried about a GSM start keeping your own weather records then if you’re still worried you know what you need to do, do as MB and SS have said, you read their posts and learn.

I've been on a 3 week break and literally have nothing better to do at the moment.

The term "worry" is a bit strong - lets say I'm slight concerned.

Also, I didn't realise post count is correlated with worry levels

My post count is tightly correlated with Whiskey consumption levels and new research that I keep finding. I'm not sure why I've decided to post on this forum so much ttytt. I might move on to somewhere slighty more lively.

And to be fair, I think this is quite possibly one of the most important situations humans can be concerned with at the moment.

I have read every scientific paper associated with the GSM, watched every youtube video and tracked all of the news reports of freak weather for months now and it really does seem to be happening.
