Are there any members keeping a close eye on the goings on in these systems ? Have you made plans to defend yourselves financially .....do you see anything sinister going on ........do you even care ?

Absolutely. I check the Bank every day without fail. Try to save a set amount each month. Read the financial pages on a regular basis. If I spot a penny out of place I'll be on it like a ferret down a rabbit hole!
