Well it's sure been a bumpy ride so far, Russia seems to be ignoring him the Chinese are going toe to toe on tariffs and he's kept to his word and been sending migrants back .
Wonder what's next...

Lets wait and see. He is changing the world and although it won't all be roses it is going in the right direction.

RE: Trump victory.. long term.
I would have voted for Trump if I was living in America, Biden and Harris were just useless, look at that Afghanistan withdrawal what a shambles.
at least Trump is doing it for America, pity we cant say the same about Starmer and Britain.

RE: Trump victory.. long term.
PG, The UKSSR is going down the pan. The US is going the other direction. Trump is a business man not a scumbag politicians and he is running it as a business man would. His problem is that he is fighting the deep state. He has only been in place four months and look how much he has done despite being fought all the time. As he is not relying on politicians advice this time he will do much better and the world will be a much better place because of it.
I'd just like him to come over here and sort us out when he finishes there but it is unlikely because of our political situation and how stupid the average brit is.

SD, It is acknowledged that the American economy under Biden was growing at 3%,
it is now in decline, that is what I mean by down the pan.
Trump is not a business man he is a bully that browbeats any opposition to get his way,
that is not a “deal” it’s blackmail. As for what he’s done, I can’t see any thing positive.
Our politicians may be incompetent but thank God for the Atlantic ocean.

Trump is a business man, the tariffs are merely a way to get countries to do a trade deal, he and Vance are already talking about a US/UK trade deal and talks on that have already started, Trump loves the UK Biden hated the UK.

RE: Trump victory.. long term.
It's not nice to admit but America treats us and the rest of the world just as we treated them in empire days.
Big business left the UK Europe and America for the cheap labour of the 3rd world trump and Europe will have a hard job bringing that investment and jobs back to the west .
I hope it happens it took from the end of ww2 till now to achieve and probably as long to bring it back.
Trump has 4 yrs then ....
Who decides after that the next 10 presidents will have to have the same view.
Big business will wait it out.
