Depends how much you like mushy peas
Personally I love em, so would just have them as a side to lots of meat/fish/potato type dishes.
If you want to experiment mixing them in with stuff, you can try pies, curries, soups, dips (with garlic/mint, yum!), mashed potatoes (and any recipes that require mashed potatoes), make breaded mushy pea cakes, all sorts

Jellied Eels, never had them so can't knock em but no way would I put those long, slimey, slithery looking long things in my mouth. I can imagine they are rather salty tasting also?
