defo what we should be aiming for here...
Iron Street Farm in Chicago has an amazing diversity. Erica Allen, daughter of Will Allen CEO and founder of Growing Power, explains the many angles of production that they are developing.

I think they're a good 5 - 10 years in front of us regarding this, here now there just getting schools interested in transition culture.
I tried to be normal once.... Worst two minutes of my life...
