well just glad to say my chickens have startred to lay Smile they were at point of lay but didnt think i would have any until next year but have had 2 so far Smile

and god they taste different lol

Are they free range?,... eggs from free range have always been better than `commercial chickens`,.. we dont have chickens, but we get all our eggs from a free range neighbour

They taste so different to the so called free range eggs you by in the supermarkets. It is really great news. If you can try making your own hams, bacon and bread etc.

access to fresh greens for the birds is the key to getting big rich orange yokes, ours get plenty of cabbage leaves and sprout tops this time of year, best eggs ever.
