I'm having lots of fun getting back into practising with the Escrima sticks...seriously recommended - but, you might feel happier using just one, instead of two.
They cannot break and, because they're more flexible than the wooden ones, they hit just as hard, but
'bounce off' the target and almost place themselves back in position for the next strike.
They're like auto-return (to use their secret Shaolin Temple janitor's name for them)
'clobbabonka' sticks!
I'm thinking of getting myself another pair and sawing the upper five inches off them, and inserting a ballast bolt up their bum-ends, to add to the speed.
