It takes a hell of a lot of practice to be anywhere near that standard with a bow versus a lot less prowess required with a gun to get a meaningful result which is why gun's proliferated and bow's declined.
that's not to say I don't think bow's are valid....they have there place/niche in the greater scheme of thing's...looking forward to becoming a bowman(adding another string too .....!!!!!! LOL)

fastness has got nothing to do with it, accuracy is the key, chances are you'll only get one shot at it anyway(and I'm not talking target shooting), dosent matter if its a bow or a gun, same applies.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

For those not willing to consider reaming the dimples out of the pump shotgun magazines come SHTF there are some good tips for double gunners starting at minute 6. I am sure they would be even faster with auto-ejectors.
