They are called Theories for a reason., They are what someone has concluded from the available facts. Then along comes a new fact, either linked to the theory by someone testing or just a related discovery.

Some scientists are not so fixated on facts, in fact (sic) they totally ignore them which is why many still believe in the global warming tax grab...err. scam... err. theory.
