i think this has been discussed before, it all depends on what "the event" is that causes the collapse of ROL in the first place, the only thing we can do is to prep to the maximum we can and hope that its not that bad. i'm hoping in the event that there is a large die off caused by either a pandemic or mobs fighting for what is left-in the cities and larger towns- so that not many will escape to the countryside, that would be a good result for me.
