Was talking to some friends about this.
Turns out the druggies over there are using it as currency as Tide's a national brand (recognised), expensive (so people want it cheaper if they can) and doesn't go off like other luxury items. Which is perfect for their needs. It's like the chavs and razor blades,booze and other stuff that's tagged in the supermarket they try to sell in the pub.
