I know I'll be repeating what's already been said but as as short list for food I have
oats
rice
pasta
sugar
salt
tinned food - pulses, fruit, veg and some soups
stock cubes
I have large jars of dried pulses, pasta, rice and oats in the kitchen which I replace when they're empty, and have some rice and oats in mylar and buckets. The sugar and salt just go in buckets. I buy tons of cheapo noodle packets too.

Oh I forgot to write dehydrated veg too
