Fuel
In a conversation i had last night i found out that when there is a fuel shortage at the petrol stations the last 10.000 ltrs SHOULD be for the emergency services only, when there is no fuel left and the pumps are shut off there is still 2000 ltrs left, it is not used due to sludge concerns i assume this is per tank. As far as i know this is true, dont if anybody else has any more info on this ?

RE: Fuel
Certain petrol station are for emergency vehicles yes. But once all the civvy fuel is gone maybe the emergency services may get fuel from the military. As to the other questions im not sure.
Failure is NOT an option

RE: Fuel
Normal garages turn pumps off at 900, but can go to 700l, they do this because if it gets to low it creates an airbubble/vaccum.
