Hay Fever

In late spring, i suffer very badly from hay fever. This has been worrying me. When the SHTF, how can i survive with itchy eyes and a runny nose! I can try and stock up on antihistamine, wear dust masks, and wear swimming goggles i guess. Does anyone have any tips about natural healing products that be found in the wilderness, or tips that can help me deal with this problem? Thank you.
