how can I preserve what I bake?
Not sure if I have posted this in the right place so I do apologise if not.

I make my own biscuits as they are a whole lot nicer than any shop bought Wink now what I really want to know is would there be anyway I could preserve them if I made a huge batch as it is a lot cheaper to bulk buy ingredients than do what I do now and buy as and when I need them any advice gratefully appreciated Smile

making all our own baking never have it a round enough to store it.

Mylar bags and oxygen absobers I reckon would do it mate. Unless you make 'Hard Tack' ships biscuits they still have some of those things knocking around from the American Civil War!

Lol Uks there is only me and not even I can eat that many Wink thanks Sd will have a look as it would be a whole lot easier to make a batch and be able to store them Wink

have you making dog biscuits?. With a name likr houndlover you a dog or two. Our dog goes mad for them

Yeah I have 3 2 whippets and a whippet cross I have some good recipes for dog biscuits thanks to Sealdriver so they are next on my list also have a great one for tuna flapjacks which my girls love! Once I have made some more for me I will make some for them Wink

Im no expert but try baking them for longer or twice bake them , they may turn out hard as hell that's the down side.
