Yea, he is!

also forgot to mention, the guys who already do the 2am to 7am shift only get PAID for 5 hours, more often than not they don't actually get home until 9/9:30am because of the London rush our traffic and for me it would mean going from East London (Depford) to Sutton in Surrey.......
