I'd put money on this black flag being used to once more point the finger away from the middle east and stick it firmly in Africa, where it seems the media (Government controlled?) are focusing their attention these days because Alqieda (spelt wrong on purpose) have suddenly moved there.

Ulterior motive anyone?
